Stone Gate at Prince Creek is a condo community of quads with double-car garages.  All units are one level, stone and vinyl exterior, and each has a screened/glass veranda.  This is an Epcon community.  There are two models available:

The Canterbury:  3 BR or 2 BR and Den, 2 Bath, 1710 sqft.
The Abbey:  2 BR, 2 Bath, 1565 sqft.
